Employer Requirements for Job Postings
Job posting submittals require payment of $10 for a 30-day listing. We encourage employers to be very descriptive and include a salary or salary range with all submitted jobs.
Each job posting is reviewed before it is published. To ensure your post is published quickly, please include the following information in your job description:
- The job description should specifically encourage survivors and those with lived experience to apply.
- If a background check is required for the role, please include detail about whether or not having a record is a disqualification.
Please note that, for best display, your company logo image should be square with a pixel size no larger than 42x42.
By submitting your post to the Ask Avery Job Board, you confirm that you are able to meet ADA requirements for both seen and unseen disabilities, including PTSD. Job posts that do not meet these requirements will not be published.
